Note: Some conditions may be present that affect the service due to the technical characteristics and the state of conservation of the user's mobile device inside buildings, underground sites, elevators, helicopters or in places where a concentration is present unusual users. Depending on the device used, as well as weather and typographic conditions, the coverage area may be altered. By official disposition, the service is blocked in penitentiary centers, so users may experience a degradation in the services to be found on the periphery of such centers.

The Flash Extendida service is available only in those areas where Flash Mobile has extended coverage availability. The quality with which this service is presented will depend on the quality that the operator of the visited network has available for its own users. Flash Mobile only guarantees the quality of its guaranteed coverage.
